The In-Between Season Scene

Goodbye Summer Hello Fall! Now’s the time to ditch the booty shorts and really start to move out the summer threads and make way for the layers. Since we are in that awkward season where we wake up in the morning ready for the arctic breeze, and mid-day we are sweating like we are on the beach, this outfit is the perfect in-between. While rummaging through my clothes, making way for all the great knits and heavyweights for the season change, I came across these camo pants. How does one forget that they have blue demin camo pants? I have no idea. These thrown on with a vintage distressed button down (similar to my favorite Pixie Market dress featured in my Daily Dose of Denim blog post) and some booties make the perfect transition outfit for the in-between scene.

One must always have that one outfit addition that seals the deal and texturally it is this Dara Senders NY “Alison” necklace. With this handcrafted design made of Silver Quartz Crystal and Swarovski Crystals, this necklace gives great texture, shine and a certain lady-like charm that just takes a semi-simple look to the next level.
